Exceptional service from his bracket poking him very irritating we were able to call and speak to the on-call provider, Yvonne, who met with us after hours to take care of the situation so my son wouldn’t have to go all weekend more days of discomfort. The office staff is always so friendly. Great care.

We have had a great experience at Due West Orthodontics! Every staff member we have encountered genuinely cares. Big thank you to Yvonne for coming in after hours to make sure my son’s issue was resolved so he didn’t have to be in pain overnight!

Tricia was the absolute BEST. I love this place so much they are always kind and understand and my teeth look AMAZING. Tricia was so nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was in the chair. She helped me with my colors to choose out for my braces and the color we chose was so cute! Tricia was the best and this is hands down the best orthodontist office!!

Due West Orthodontics is my families first experience with orthodontic care. After sharing our experience with family and friends they have said that we have received great care for our son. Dr. Ashley has been very attentive and responsive to questions we’ve had. The practice staff has always been friendly and helpful. Wow! Absolutely incredible staff and experience. Ashton was the sweetest and really helped calm my nerves. Tricia assisted her and was just as precious! I feel so thankful to have found such an amazing place to go for my orthodontic needs. I would highly recommend them! They were also so sweet to give me a stress ball for my nerves, chapstick for my chapped lips, and even the cutest pink shirt. They truly went above and beyond! 💕

My daughter had Yvonne today to work on getting her ready for retainers. My daughter has autism and social interactions can sometimes be hard but she made her feel like she matters and was extremely professional.

I used this office 27 years ago and loved it!!! Now I'm back for myself and I still love it.
